All sales of our products are final. TWA is not responsible for delays in shipping of orders of printed books and has no control over the logistical capabilities of our shipping vendor.

Purchase of Books

All purchases of printed books are subject to TWA’s purchase policy. All sales of printed books are final, and there are no refunds. Purchases of printed books have a preliminary waiting period of seven business days for the receipt through the mail of the printed book.
